So this is my crummy kitchen in my crummy basement apartment. I cook for myself and my daughter who visits me every second weekend.cooking videos from a small kitchen
Any way, I used to have a state-of-the-art kitchen in a big house and now... well I don’t. So I decided to face the music and do what I love, with what I got now. Which happens to be a tiny apartment in Toronto with an even smaller kitchen. It’s so small in fact, that my washer and dryer also serves as my kitchen counter-top.

If I can figure out how to keep cooking the things I like, I figure I might be able to show others who are in similar living conditions. You’re here to learn about cooking and that’s what all these videos are about. I am a chef, but I am also stuck in a small apartment, so most of these videos will show you how to make some really amazing stuff even in a poorly equipped, no-elbow-room kitchen. You can check out the blog for the latest videos. I have been told some of them are kind of funny too, but as a warning - they pretty much all have cursing in them.

This ain’t no Food Network show where elaborate kitchens and a staff get things ready for an over-rated chef to to heat up a few pans. No. This is real cooking, on a real budget, making things taste great and look amazing. Well... at least most of the time, because you will see some serious fuck-ups in these videos too. Just keeping it real.
